နိုင်ငံတကာလေကြောင်းခရီးစဉ်များ ပျံသန်းပြေးဆွဲခွင့် ယာယီကန့်သတ်ချက်အား ဖြေလျှော့ပေးခြင်း

ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ ၁၉-၃-၂၀၂၂ ရက်စွဲဖြင့် ထုတ်ပြန်သော ကြေညာချက် (Lifting the Temporary Measures to Prevent Importation of COVID-19 to Myanmar through Air Travel) အား လေကြောင်းပို့ဆောင်ရေးညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာနမှ ၁၉-၃-၂၀၂၂ ရက်နေ့တွင် Circular 3/2022 ထုတ်ပြန်၍ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မှ/သို့ နိုင်ငံတကာခရီးစဉ် ပျံသန်းသည့် လေကြောင်းလိုင်း၊ လေဆိပ် Operator များထံသို့ အသိပေး အကြောင်းကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ ကြေညာချက်တွင် ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ ရောဂါ ကာကွယ်၊ ထိန်းချုပ်၊ ကုသ ရေးဗဟိုကော်မတီက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ နိုင်ငံတကာခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်း ဖွံ့‌ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ လာရောက်မည့် နိုင်ငံခြားသားများနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများ နိုင်ငံတွင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ရာတွင် လွယ်ကူချောမွေ့စေရန်အတွက် အောက်ပါတို့ကို သဘောတူအတည်ပြုပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပါရှိပါသည်။

           (က) Temporary Measures ၏ သက်ရောက်မှုကာလကို ၁၆-၄-၂၀၂၂ ရက်နေ့ မြန်မာစံတော်ချိန် ၂၃၅၉ နာရီအထိ သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း၊

           (ခ) နိုင်ငံတကာခရီးသည်တင် လေကြောင်းခရီးစဉ်များ (International Commercial Passenger Flights) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မှ/သို့ ပျံသန်းမှုကို ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ ရောဂါဆိုင်ရာ                        ပြည်ဝင်ခွင့်စည်းကမ်းသတ် မှတ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ ၁၇-၄-၂၀၂၂ ရက်နေ့ (မြန်မာနှစ်ဆန်းတစ်ရက်နေ့) မြန်မာစံတော်ချိန် ၀၀၀၀ နာရီမှစတင်၍ ပြန်လည်ပြေးဆွဲပျံသန်း                   ခြင်း တို့ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 

YACL အနေဖြင့် လေဆိပ်အသုံးပြုသူများအတွက် လုံခြုံစိတ်ချမှုရှိပြီး သန့်ရှင်းသည့် ခရီးသွား၀န်းကျင်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်စေရန် ပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေး (Public Health Safety) အတွက် လိုအပ်သောလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များနှင့် စံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို ဆက်လက် တိုးမြှင့်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ခရီးသွားများ၊ လေကြောင်းလိုင်း၀န်ထမ်းများနှင့် လေဆိပ်၀န်ထမ်းများအားလုံး လိုက်နာရမည့် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ စံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ နှင့် ခရီးသွားလာမှုဆိုင်ရာ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ပေးသည်နှင့်တပြိုင်နက် ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်၏ တရား၀င်စာမျက်နှာများတွင် ထပ်မံဖော်ပြပေးသွားပါမည်။

Lifting The Temporary Measures to Prevent Importation of COVID-19 To Myanmar Through Air Travel

Department of Civil Aviation-DCA has issued Circular 3/2022 on 19 March 2022 to provide all airlines operating international air services to and from Myanmar with a notification of the Ministry of Health-MOH dated 19 March 2022 (Lifting the Temporary Measures to Prevent Importation of COVID-19 to Myanmar through Air Travel). In the notification, the Ministry of Health mentioned that the Central Committee for Prevention, Control, and Treatment of COVID-19 had approved the followings, aiming at the developments of Myanmar's international tourism as well as at the facilitation of entries of Myanmar nationals and foreigners:

1. The Temporary Measures will be effective up to 16 April 2022 2359 Hours MST; and
2. The resumptions of international commercial passenger flights operations to and from Myanmar, with effect from 17 April 2022 (1st day of Myanmar New Year) 0000 Hours MST, under COVID-19 entry requirements and regulations established by the MOH, and guidance and instructions made by the other relevant authorities.

YACL will continue implementing all necessary public health requirements and procedures to provide our airport users with a safe and clean environment.

As soon as the relevant authorities issue required travel guidelines and safety procedures for travelers and all airport users, YACL will promptly update Yangon International Airport's official platforms.
